___________________ moved that SB 75 be amended as follows:

     On page 2 of the printed bill, delete lines 6 to 9 , inclusive, and insert:

"

     A school district which contracts its student transportation may expend from the capital outlay fund an amount not to exceed fifteen percent of the contract amount. However, any school district that has an average daily membership as defined in § 13-13-10.1 of one thousand five hundred or less may use money from the capital outlay fund to pay all or any portion of the cost of the purchase or lease of transportation equipment, supplies, and services and any other transportation costs incurred by the school district. ".
