On page 1, line 4, of the printed bill, delete "There is hereby appropriated from the general
fund" and insert "Not withstanding §§ 13-13-88 and 13-13-89, there is hereby appropriated".
On page 1, line 5, after "necessary," insert "in other fund expenditure authority,".
On page 1, line 6, after "Technology" insert ", payable from funds derived from the workforce
education fund created in § 13-13-88,".
On page 1, line 10, delete everything after "obligated" .
On page 1, line 11, delete everything before "shall" .
