___________________ moved that SB 95 be amended as follows:

     On page 16, after line 12 of the printed bill, insert:

"
     Section 50. No technical institute created pursuant to this Act may be deemed to be an educational institution under the control of the Board of Regents pursuant to S.D. Const., Art. XIV, §  3. No technical institute may use the term, college, or the term, community college, as a part of its name, because the mission of the technical institutes is job training and work force development.".
