REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE

MR. SPEAKER:

The Conference Committee respectfully reports that it has considered HB 1281 and the amendments thereto made by the Senate, and the disagreement of the two houses thereon, and recommends that HB 1281 be amended as follows:

     On page 1, line 7, of the Senate Transportation Committee engrossed bill, delete " twelve " and insert " ten ".

     On page 1, line 10, delete " eighteen " and insert " fifteen ".

     On page 1, line 12, delete " twenty-four " and insert " twenty ".

     On page 1, line 14, delete " thirty " and insert " forty ".

     On page 2, line 1, delete " forty-eight " and insert " sixty-four ".
