REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE

MR. PRESIDENT:
MR. SPEAKER:

The Conference Committee respectfully reports that it has considered SB 80 and the amendments thereto made by the House, and the disagreement of the two houses thereon, and recommends that SB 80 be amended as follows:

     On page 1, line 7, of the House Taxation Committee engrossed bill, delete " seventy-six " and insert " sixty-five and six tenths ".

     On page 1, line 13, delete " fifty-nine " and insert " fifty-seven and three tenths ".

     On page 2, line 4, delete " eight " and insert " four and two tenths ".

     On page 2, line 10, delete " fifty-nine " and insert " fifty-seven and three tenths ".
