REPORT OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE

The Conference Committee respectfully reports that it has considered SB 95 and the amendments thereto made by the House, and the disagreement of the two houses thereon, and recommends that SB 95 be amended as follows:

     The House engrossed bill, delete amendment (95rd), thus restoring the bill the to Senate Judiciary Committee engrossed version.

    On page 1, line 13, overstrike "kidnaping" and insert "kidnapping".
