        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to revise certain provisions regarding conditional bonds in domestic abuse actions.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That § 25-10-23 be amended to read:
    25-10-23. If an initial bond for the defendant in any domestic abuse action is authorized, a condition of no contact with the victim shall be stated and incorporated into the terms of the bond. Willful violation of any such no contact provision is a Class 1 misdemeanor. This condition may be modified at the discretion of the court upon showing good cause pursuant to the provisions of §§ 25-10-40 and 25-10-41.
