12:19:01:01.  Definitions. Terms defined in SDCL 1-26 and 38-32-1 have the same meaning when used in this article. In addition, as used in this article, "checkoff fee" means the assessment imposed by SDCL 38-32-15 upon all corn marketed to a first purchaser within the state.
