For scales with a capacity of 10,000 to 60,000 pounds, inclusive, a minimum of 10,000 pounds of certified test weight is required. For vehicle scales, 10,000 pounds of certified test weight with a gross weight of a test unit equaling or exceeding 20,000 pounds is required.
