20:07:21:01. Original
filing fees. Any person who applies for an original license pursuant to
SDCL chapter 51A-17 shall include a nonrefundable application fee of five hundred dollars and an original license fee of one thousand dollars with the application.

The annual renewal fee for any person licensed under SDCL chapter 51A-17 is eight hundred dollars.
