20:38:29:03.  Deadlines. An application, complete with all required information and with payment of the required fee, must be submitted electronically using the method designated by the board administrator. An application for individual or business entity renewal or reinstatement is reviewed in the month received on the last day of the month. All other applications for individual or business licensure are reviewed and processed upon receipt.
