20:57:02:12.  Annual renewal, registration on a biennial basis. Each person licensed by the board to practice veterinary medicine shall submit before July first a fee of $100 on a biennial basis. The fee must accompany the registration renewal application on forms supplied by the board. No licensed person applying for a certificate of registration after July first may be issued a certificate without paying a late fee of $50.
