20:57:03:05.  Registry of veterinary technician. Upon the board's making a determination on registry of a veterinary technician, the board shall notify the veterinary employer and the veterinary technician to be registered of its determination and specify in the notice the services the board has determined the veterinary technician is qualified to perform and for which the veterinary technician is registered.
