20:57:05:04.  Annual registration. Registration of a veterinary livestock assistant shall be prior to July 1 and shall be renewed prior to July 1 each year thereafter. The renewal application shall be on forms provided by the board and shall include all requirements stated in §§ 20:57:05:01 to 20:57:05:03, inclusive.
