20:59:02:01.  Academic requirements for social work associate.After January 1, 1986, academic requirements for a social work associate license in SDCL 36-26-16 must be completed at a junior college, college, or university accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency approved by the United States Department of Education. In addition, degrees granted before January 1, 1986, must have been completed when the institution was accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency approved the United States Department of Education.
