24:28:09:41.  Limitations of a CTE instructor permit. Holders of a CTE instructor permit are limited to the following endorsement areas:

          (1)  CTE career pathway;

          (2)  Education and training career cluster; or

          (3)  Law, public safety, security, and corrections career cluster.
