24:28:16:05.  Provisional certificate. The applicant who meets all requirements for reciprocity set forth in §§ 24:28:16:01 or 24:28:16:02 but has not passed the South Dakota Indian studies course may receive a provisional certificate which expires on the following June 30. This certificate may be renewed once, for one additional year.
