LICENSE PERIOD AND PRORATED FEES

44:02:13:01 Prorated fees.
44:02:13:00. License period. Any annual license issued prior to January 1, 2010, expires on December 31, 2009. Effective January 1, 2010, the annual license period shall coincide with the calendar year, starting the first day of January and ending on the last day of December.

44:02:13:01. Prorated fees. Effective January 1, 2010, a reduced license fee in the amount of one-half the applicable annual license fee shall be charged for each new lodging establishment, campground, and food service establishment beginning operations on or after the first day of July each year and for any change in ownership and location of an existing establishment and campground on or after the first day of July each year.
