67:49:01:02. Medicaid program -- Use of federal methods and rules for survey, certification, and enforcement of nursing facilities. Unless otherwise specified in this article, in complying with the federal requirements for the survey, certification, and enforcement of skilled nursing facilities and nursing facilities, the Department of Social Services shall follow the regulations set forth in 42 C.F.R §§ 488.400 to 488.456, inclusive, as amended to January 1, 2013.
