74:08:01:05.  Waiver of fee for educational organizations. The department shall waive the fee established in § 74:08:01:01 for the first 100 pages of photocopies of public records requested by a representative of an educational organization recognized as tax exempt under § 501(c) of the United States Internal Revenue Code as amended to January 1, 1992.
