RETAIL SALE MOTOR FUEL PUMPS

20:01:09:03 Price signs.
20:01:09:01. Display requirements. All motor fuel pumps
used for retail sale shall display the following on the pump:
(1) The total price per
gallon or liter, including all taxes;
(2) The total amount of the
sale; and
(3) The total quantity
delivered.

20:01:09:02. Conversion kits. Conversion kits designed to alter the pump register by use of decals or other devices must be approved by the division of legal and regulatory services. No conversion kits may be used after December 31, 1993, without written permission from the director of the division of legal and regulatory services.

20:01:09:03. Price signs. All street, roadside, and other advertising signs that indicate price shall do so accurately in total price per gallon. The equivalent price per liter may also be shown on the advertising sign.
