An Act to require the Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council to establish an interim study committee on minors' access to pornographic material.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. The Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council shall establish an interim study committee to assess the ability and opportunity to regulate by law minors' access to internet content that contains pornographic material.
