An Act to make technical changes to provisions regarding the compensation of agents.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:
Section 1. That § 32-2-10 be AMENDED:
32-2-10.
The compensation
of each
of the agents, patrolmen, and employees
agent, patrolman, and employee
of the Division of Highway Patrol
shall be fixed

Department of Public Safety. Any employee who has worked five years
under the provisions of chapter 3-7

longevity compensation each month equal to four dollars for each year
of all continuous service up to a maximum of twenty‑five years.
