An Act to extend by two years the date on which moneys appropriated to the Governor's Office of Economic Development in 2021 for marketing, route restoration, business development, and air service marketing will revert to the general fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. That 2021 Session Laws, chapter 229, § 4, be AMENDED:

Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated shall revert in accordance with the procedures prescribed in chapter 4-8 revert to the general fund on June 30, 2027.
