Section 40. The state treasurer shall transfer to the IT Modernization fund the sum of $5,000,000 from the state general fund.

Section 22. Funds appropriated by this Act that are unspent at the end of fiscal year 2025 may be carried over to fiscal year 2026.

Section 23. This Act is effective beginning June 30, 2025.
