An Act to transfer moneys from the South Dakota-bred racing fund to the special racing revolving fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. The state treasurer shall transfer $60,000 from the South Dakota-bred racing fund to the special racing revolving fund.

Section 2. This Act is effective beginning June 30, 2025.
