A LEGISLATIVE COMMEMORATION, Honoring Jonni Arpan, of Eagle Butte, a member of the Eagle Butte School District Board of Education, on her selection as the Associated School Boards of South Dakota 2024 Outstanding School Board Member.

WHEREAS, Jonni Arpan is a stalwart advocate for student achievement, welfare, and the continuous improvement of educational opportunities; and

WHEREAS, Jonni displays unwavering commitment and tireless effort to the students and stakeholders in the district, while demonstrating exemplary leadership across a spectrum of initiatives; and

WHEREAS, Jonni’s dedication, vision, and collaborative spirit make her an outstanding school board member;
