AN ACT
ENTITLED, An Act to revise the maximum bet limit for Deadwood gaming.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
Section 1. That § 42-7B-14 be amended to read as follows:
42-7B-14. The maximum amount of an initial bet or subsequent bet on all games subject to this chapter is one thousand dollars.
