HJR 1003	Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article XII of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, relating to the limitation of expenditures for the State of South Dakota.
HJR 1004	Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election amendments to Article XIII of the Constitution, relating to the trust fund created from the proceeds of the state cement enterprise sales.
HJR 1005	Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election amendments to Article XII, sections 5 and 6 of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota relating to the health care trust fund and the education enhancement trust fund.
