40-20-26.1. Sale or transfer of ownership without ownership inspection as misdemeanor--Exception.

It is a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person to sell or to transfer ownership of any livestock within the livestock ownership inspection area without first obtaining an ownership inspection, except as provided in § 40-20-26.
