The term includes the following:</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (a)&nbsp;&nbsp;Units containing parts that may be folded, collapsed, or telescoped when being towed and that may be expanded to provide additional cubic capacity; and</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (b)&nbsp;&nbsp;Units composed of two or more separately towable components designed to be joined into one integral unit capable of being separated again into the components for repeated towing;</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (3)&nbsp;&nbsp;&quot;Manufactured and mobile home plumbing installation,&quot; connection to local water and waste systems from manufactured and mobile homes only, including maintenance and service which include the operation, adjustment, repair, removal, and renovation of such connections;</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (4)&nbsp;&nbsp;&quot;Manufactured and mobile home contractor,&quot; a person who engages in the business or trade of manufactured and mobile home water and waste connections;</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (5)&nbsp;&nbsp;&quot;Manufactured and mobile home installer,&quot; a person other than a manufactured and mobile home contractor who is engaged as an employee of or otherwise working under the direction of a manufactured and mobile home contractor, in manufactured and mobile home water and waste connections as a principal occupation;</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (6)&nbsp;&nbsp;&quot;Manufactured and mobile home apprentice,&quot; a person other than a manufactured and mobile home contractor or manufactured and mobile home installer who is working as an employee of a manufactured and mobile home contractor under the immediate and personal supervision of either a manufactured and mobile home contractor or a manufactured and mobile home installer in learning and assisting in manufactured and mobile home water and waste connections.</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>Source:</b> 14 SDR 29, effective September 3, 1987; 41 SDR 34, effective September 2, 2014.</p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>General Authority:</b> SDCL <A HREF="/statutes/DisplayStatute.aspx?Type=Statute&Statute=36-25-14">36-25-14</A>, <A HREF="/statutes/DisplayStatute.aspx?Type=Statute&Statute=36-25-15">36-25-15.</A></p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>Law Implemented:</b> SDCL <A HREF="/statutes/DisplayStatute.aspx?Type=Statute&Statute=36-25-15">36-25-15.</A></p> <p class=MsoNormal>&nbsp;</p> </div> </body> </html>
