The authority of the State Centennial Commission to adopt rules setting fees for use of the centennial logo was transferred to the Bureau of Administration by SL 1996, ch 4, 5, effective July 1, 1996. The Legislative Research Council renumbered the remaining rules in this article as Article 10:07 to effectuate the transfer of authority.</p> </div> </body> </html>
