The fill slip must be at least a two-part carbonless form. Prior to use, access to the fill slips must be restricted to authorized personnel.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Fill slips must be sequentially prenumbered forms and must be used in order. Serial numbers of all fill slips in possession of a retail licensee must be reconciled.
