There are two types of duplicate ballots as follows:</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (1)&nbsp;&nbsp;If a voter was given two or more identical ballots stuck together and voted only one of them, the voted ballot shall be counted.
