Up to six licensed and tagged hoop nets per person may be used in the taking of only rough fish. All catfish caught in hoop nets </span><span class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0">must</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0"> be immediately released to the water from which they were taken;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154000002"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0">    (2)  A person may employ no more than six licensed and tagged hoop nets or traps</span><span class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0">,</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0"> no more than six licensed and tagged setlines</span><span class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0">, and no more than ten floatlines</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0"> in the catching, taking, or killing of unlimited numbers of rough fish and catfish, except blue catfish, from inland waters of the Missouri River;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154000002"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0">    (3)  A person may employ no more than six licensed and tagged </span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0">hoop nets or traps, no more than six licenses and tagged </span><span class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0">setlines</span><span class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0">, and no more than ten floatlines</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0"> in the catching, taking, or killing of unlimited numbers of rough fish and catfish, except blue catfish, from the western tributaries of the Missouri River; and</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154000002"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0">    (4)  A person may employ no more than six licensed and tagged </span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0">hoop nets or traps, no more than six licensed and tagged </span><span class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0">setlines</span><span class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0">, and no more than ten floatlines</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s0086c439-54b4-44f0-9c0c-cad351f9c154C0"> in the catching, taking, and killing of rough fish and catfish from Angostura, Belle Fourche, and Shadehill reservoirs.
