<html> <head> <title>Rule 48:02:08:07 Software requirements for video keno.</title> <META NAME="Keywords" Content="Administrative Rules 48:02:08:07"> <META NAME="Description" Content="Administrative Rules 48:02:08:07 Software requirements for video keno."> <meta name=Generator content="Microsoft Office HTML Filter 2.0"> <meta http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=windows-1252"> <meta name=Originator content="Microsoft Word 10"> <style> <!-- --> </style> </head> <body lang=EN-US> <div> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <b>48:02:08:07.&nbsp;&nbsp;Software requirements for video keno.</b> Video lottery machines offering video keno games must meet the following requirements:</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (1)&nbsp;&nbsp;Each machine must display a fixed grid of numbers not greater than 1 to 80, inclusive, on the screen for each game;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (2)&nbsp;&nbsp;Only one keno card with the numbers may be displayed on the screen;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (3)&nbsp;&nbsp;The player must select between two and ten numbers on the keno card. The numbers the player selects must be displayed on the screen;</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (4)&nbsp;&nbsp;The game must select numbers using an approved random number generator that meets the requirements of §&nbsp;48:02:08:02. A minimum of ten numbers must be drawn per play. Each number drawn must be indicated on the screen; and</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (5)&nbsp;&nbsp;At the conclusion of the game, the screen must display all the numbers randomly drawn and those selected by the player.
