          24:43:09:01.  Disaster plan and drills. Each school board\r\nor governing body shall prepare a written plan for the safety of pupils under\r\nits jurisdiction and shall conduct fire, tornado, and other disaster drills in\r\naccordance with such a plan. The plan shall be filed in the office of the local\r\nsuperintendent along with a record showing the dates and times of drills\r\nconducted.
