</span><span class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">or</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cP0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">            (b)  A</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0"> child who is under court supervision;</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0"> and</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cP0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598c000002"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cP0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">    (2)  "Dependent child" </span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">means </span><span class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">a child who</span><span class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">:</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cP0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">            (a)  Is less than</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0"> 18 years of age</span><span class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">,</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0"> or </span><span class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">less than</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0"> 19 years of age </span><span class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">if enrolled as</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0"> a full-time student in a secondary school</span><span class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">,</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0"> and has been deprived of support or </span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">the </span><span class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">care of a parent because of the parent's death, continued absence from the home, or physical or mental incapacity</span><span class="s5988761e-5ccb-4e25-a4eb-e294753b598cC0">;
