(1)&nbsp;&nbsp;U.S. Highway 18 and U.S. Highway 183 in Winner beginning 1.3 miles southeast of the junction with State Trunk Highway 44, then northwesterly for 0.85 mile, 45 miles per hour; then northwesterly for 0.45 mile, 30 miles per hour; then westerly on U.S. Highways 18 and 183 and State Trunk Highway 44 for 1.3 miles, 30 miles per hour; then westerly for 0.6 mile at 45 miles per hour;</span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style='text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;
