continuously transmitted to the roadway when the vehicle is in motion;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2000001"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2DefaultParagraphFont">    (2)  "Black Hills area," the area south and west of Interstate Highway 90 from the Wyoming state line to Rapid City, west of State Trunk Highway 79 from Rapid City to the junction of State Trunk Highway 79 and U.S. Highway 18, west of U.S. Highway 18 from the junction of State Trunk Highway 79 and U.S. Highway 18 to Oelrichs, and west of U.S. Highway 385 from Oelrichs to the Nebraska state line;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2000001"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2DefaultParagraphFont">    (3)  "Commercial farm machinery operator," an individual or company that is actively engaged in operating farm machinery for hire;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2000001"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2DefaultParagraphFont">    (4)  "Convoy," the movement of vehicle units as a group with continuity of distance and time;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2000001"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2DefaultParagraphFont">    (5)  "Custom harvester," an individual or a company engaged in the business of providing harvesting services for another individual or company for a fee or other compensation;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2000001"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2DefaultParagraphFont">    (6)  "Daylight hours," the period of a day from a half hour before sunrise to a half hour after sunset;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="sb77a0bc2-16f3-41df-86e9-b11f6da9daa2Normal"><span xml:space="preserve"
