<b>74:21:02:61.&nbsp;&nbsp;Point system classification of water treatment plants.</b> For the purpose of classification of water treatment plants, the plants shall be awarded points based on the following criteria; however, the combined total of subdivisions (1) and (2) may not exceed 20 points:</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (1)&nbsp;&nbsp;One point per 10,000 or part thereof of the population served on a peak day;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (2)&nbsp;&nbsp;One point per 1,000,000 gallons per day (mgd) or part thereof for the designed average daily flow or peak month's flow for the average day, whichever is larger;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (3)&nbsp;&nbsp;Three points where the water supply source is from the groundwater;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (4)&nbsp;&nbsp;Five points where the water supply source is from surface water or groundwater under the direct influence of surface water;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (5)&nbsp;&nbsp;One point if the raw water supply source equals or exceeds one coliform organism per 100 milliliters;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (6)&nbsp;&nbsp;One point if the raw water supply source equals or exceeds 5,000 coliform organisms per 100 milliliters;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;</font></p> <p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
