A supervisory appraiser is considered to be in good standing if the appraiser has not been subject to any disciplinary action within any jurisdiction that affects legal eligibility to engage in appraisal practice for three years after the successful completion or termination of any sanctions imposed;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4000002"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">    (2)  Have the knowledge and experience in the types of appraisal assignments that </span><span class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">t</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">he </span><span class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">supervis</span><span class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">or</span><span class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">y</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0"> </span><span class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">appraiser</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0"> is supervising pursuant to the competency rule of the uniform standards and § </span><a href="https://sdlegislature.gov/Rules?Rule=20:14:09:02"><span class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0-000003">20:14:09:02</span></a><span class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4000002"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">    (3)  Have a minimum of three years appraisal experience as a state-certified residential or state-certified general appraiser </span><span class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">and hold</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0"> a South Dakota state-certified residential or state-certified general appraiser</span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0"> credential</span><span class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">; and</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4000002"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4P0"><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">    (4)  Successfully complete an education program developed by the department regarding the role of the supervisory appraiser and the </span><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">registered trainee </span><span class="s2a995e48-6008-4829-a8d4-7d9b3a3350d4C0">appraiser before supervision begins.
