The employee shall provide proof of the loss of other group coverage to the benefit plan administrator.</p> <p class=MsoNormal style='text-align:justify'>&nbsp;</p> <p class=MsoNormal style='text-align:justify'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If the election not to participate is rescinded by the member within the current plan year for any of the reasons listed in this section, the employee may enroll for coverage under the terms of the current state employee health benefit plan.
