(1)</span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>Suitability standards and any other processes or practices that determine whether officers and key persons in control functions have the appropriate background, experience, and integrity to fulfill their prospective roles, such as:</span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>&nbsp;</span></p> <p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:normal'><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
