The amendment of SDCL <A HREF="/statutes/DisplayStatute.aspx?Type=Statute&Statute=13-1-31">13-1-31</A> by the 1980 Legislature removed the authority of the state board to require minimum library expenditures.</p> </div> </body> </html>
