Operator systems equipment is apportioned either individually or by groups as follows:</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4000001"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4DefaultParagraphFont">    (1)  The following types of switchboards at toll centers are generally apportioned individually:</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4000001"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4DefaultParagraphFont">        (a)  Separate toll boards which usually include outward, through and inward positions in separate lines and associated inward toll switchboard positions in line;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4000001"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4DefaultParagraphFont">        (b)  Switchboards handling both local and toll, either combined or having segregated local and toll positions in the same line;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4000001"> </span></p><p dir="ltr" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4Normal"><span xml:space="preserve" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4DefaultParagraphFont">        (c)  Traffic service positions, including separately located groups of these positions when associated with a common basic control unit;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="se3c4bf13-5bbb-498d-acf0-0baf5851d0c4Normal"><span xml:space="preserve"
