The Department of Corrections shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter </span><a href="https://sdlegislature.gov/Statutes/Codified_Laws/DisplayStatute.aspx?Type=Statute&amp;Statute=1-26"><span class="s2032300DefaultParagraphFont">1-26</span></a><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2032300DefaultParagraphFont"> as necessary for the implementation of the pilot program. The pilot program shall utilize a tribal-state liaison officer.
