and</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2039957Normal-000001"><span class="s2039957DefaultParagraphFont">(2)    To indicate proposed land uses and building requirements in the redevelopment project.</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2039957Normal"><span class="s2039957DefaultParagraphFont">The proposed land uses and building requirements shall be designed:</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2039957Normal-000001"><span class="s2039957DefaultParagraphFont">(1)    To promote the development of well planned, integrated neighborhoods;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2039957Normal-000001"><span class="s2039957DefaultParagraphFont">(2)    To secure safety from fire, panic, and other dangers;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2039957Normal-000001"><span class="s2039957DefaultParagraphFont">(3)    To promote health and the general welfare;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2039957Normal-000001"><span class="s2039957DefaultParagraphFont">(4)    To provide adequate light and air;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2039957Normal-000001"><span class="s2039957DefaultParagraphFont">(5)    To prevent the overcrowding of land;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2039957Normal-000001"><span class="s2039957DefaultParagraphFont">(6)    To avoid undue concentration of population;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2039957Normal-000001"><span class="s2039957DefaultParagraphFont">(7)    To avoid congestion in the streets;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2039957Normal-000001"><span class="s2039957DefaultParagraphFont">(8)    To facilitate the provisions of adequate transportation, water, sewerage, and other public requirements;</span></p><p dir="ltr" class="s2039957Normal-000001"><span class="s2039957DefaultParagraphFont">(9)    To prevent the recurrence of slums or conditions of blight, and the spread of disease, crime, and juvenile delinquency;
