A charge for unauthorized possession of controlled substance when absorbed into the human body as set forth in subdivision 22-42-1(1) shall only be charged under the provisions of § </span><a href="https://sdlegislature.gov/Statutes/Codified_Laws/DisplayStatute.aspx?Type=Statute&amp;Statute=22-42-5.1"><span class="s2047734DefaultParagraphFont">22-42-5.1</span></a><span class="s2047734DefaultParagraphFont">.
