The provisions of § </span><a href="https://sdlegislature.gov/Statutes/Codified_Laws/DisplayStatute.aspx?Type=Statute&amp;Statute=60-11-3"><span class="s2049515DefaultParagraphFont">60-11-3</span></a><span xml:space="preserve" class="s2049515DefaultParagraphFont"> do not apply to prisoners.
